We’re getting back into our busy season again here at Fish Lauderdale. This a great time of year for us as far as fishing goes. With spring break right around the corner we should continue to keep fisherman and fisher ladies on their toes.

This time of year you can expect to catch a variety of species. Whether it’s dropping a live bait on one of the many ship wrecks, trolling for mahi mahi, or chumming for snapper, we’ve got you covered.

We like to do more live baiting than anything during the spring months because it tends to be the most productive method for catching larger gamefish like sailfish and amberjack. The two preferred baits we like to use are either pilchards or goggle eyes, both of which have their pros and cons. If this sounds like something you and your group might like to do, feel free to reach out and ask any questions you may have.
